ellipse
The set of all points in a plane such that
the sum of the distances to two fixed points
is a constant.
empty set
A set that contains no elements.
endpoint
On a ray, segment, arc, or vector, a point
at which the curve begins or ends; a point
which touches only one other point on the
curve.
equals

The difference between an approximate measurement
and the actual measure taken.
estimate
An approximate calculation of a value.
Euler's formula
A formula relating the number of vertices
(V), faces (F) and edges (E) of a polyhedron.
(V+F-E=2)
evaluate
To substitute number values into an expression.
even number
A natural number that is evenly divisible
