Bagatrix Product Exchange
· Bagatrix will exchange a product that you purchased directly from Bagatrix via Bagatrix.com, Amazon.com or a Bagatrix kiosk within 30 days of your purchase.
· All materials included in CD orders must be returned undamaged, including the application disc and original packaging.
· Shipping costs, when applicable, will not be refunded. Bagatrix does not provide pre-paid shipping labels for return.
· Only one exchange is permitted for each purchase.
· A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained prior to returning the product. To obtain an RMA number, please contact Bagatrix Support.
 
Bagatrix Product Return
· Bagatrix will return product purchased directly from Bagatrix via Bagatrix.com or Amazon.com within 10 days of the date of your purchase.
· All materials included in CD orders must be returned undamaged, including the application disc and original packaging.
· Shipping costs, when applicable, will not be refunded. Bagatrix does not provide pre-paid shipping labels for return.
· A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained prior to returning the product. To obtain an RMA number, please contact Bagatrix Support.
· Software must be uninstalled and deactivated to complete return.
· Bagatrix is not responsible for return packages not received. In order to prevent lost packages, we strongly recommend that you choose a delivery service with insurance and/or tracking and delivery confirmation.
